Facility Use Policy (relevant for all events, regardless of whether you are a Cornerstone Church ministry or not):
The person responsible for the event is to make sure that all rooms are left in the same state as when their group arrived.
The worship instruments may not be removed from the stage. All wiring is to remain untampered. The campus pastor must approve of any changes to this policy.
After kitchen use, supplies and washed dishes are to be put away, and counters are to be wiped and the floor swept. Food and paper products on the premises are for church use only.
If the Nursery is used (preferably for up to age 4), toys are to be thoroughly cleaned and put away. Disinfectant is to be used on changing pad, and floor swept.
The use of the SSC sanctuary must conclude by 3:30 PM on Saturday evenings.
Minors are to be supervised at all times. It is strongly suggested that at least 2 adults are present with minors (under 18 years), and that no adult is to be alone with a minor at any time.
Alcohol is not permitted in the facilities or on church property.
CORNERSTONE CHURCH ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE USE OF THE BUILDING AND FACILITIES BY THE GROUP REPRESENTED BY THE UNDERSIGNED AND CORNERSTONE CHURCH IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INJURY, INCLUDING DEATH, OR LOSS OF PROPERTY TO ANY PERSON SUFFERED WHILE ON THE PREMISES OR PARTICIPATING IN THE USE OF ANY OF ITS FACILITIES FOR ANY REASON INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE UTILIZATION OF ANY EQUIPMENT OR THE PLAYING, PRACTICING, OR SPECTATING OF ANY ACTIVITY OCCURRING IN OR ABOUT ANY CHURCH PREMISES; AND FURTHER THE USER AGREES TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD CORNERSTONE CHURCH HARMLESS FROM ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITY, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO SUCH USE OF THE CORNERSTONE CHURCH FACILITIES.
