KidMin Disciple Makers

Nursery is for children age 3 and under. This is where little ones begin to hear about God's love for them. Kids Church (MSC 9am, SSC 10am) is a program for PreK-5th Graders, where kids experience worship, games, Bible lesson, and other activities. It is designed with discipleship at the core. This occurs best when loving, caring adults are consistently spending time and building relationship with a small group of children. Please select the top 1, 2 or 3 areas you would like to serve in. Greet families as they arrive and assist them with our check-in process using Ipads and a computer. Arrive half hour prior to service for set up. Remain at the station until 15 minutes after service begins. This system makes our Kids Ministry more secure and provides a safer environment overall.

Care for our babies, keep them safe, and demonstrate God’s love. You’ll teach them that church is safe and fun, which lays a foundation for them to learn the gospel and the Bible in age-appropriate ways as they grow.
Nursery available at the following services: Saturday 5:30, MSC 9am, SSC 10am

This person facilitates a pre-planned worship time with the children. Mainly video driven, not necessary to be musically inclined but could be beneficial. Kids worship occurs during the first 15 minutes of service, excluding Family Service Weekends (first full weekend of each month).

You will discuss the Bible story with the kids in your group, pray together, and direct other activities with them such as games or crafts. Everything is prepped ahead of time for you, just come ready to lead the pre-planned small group time and focus on the kids in your group. There is no Kids Church on Family Service Weekends (the first full weekend of every month).

We are looking for a core team of volunteers who truly desire to make KidMin the ministry where they invest their time and talents. Consistency is key to creating an ideal environment for discipleship. When children see the same faces on a regular basis, it helps to establish a trusting relationship between disciple and disciple maker. Please select your commitment level below.
